About me
My Philosophy
As a certified sleep consultant, I believe every family deserves a great night's sleep. Helping families achieve this goal has become my passion. A well rested family is a happy family. I work with each family and listen to their concerns and always remain sensitive to individual needs. Creating a sleep plan that you are comfortable with will always be my first intention. I look forward to going on this exciting sleep journey with your entire family.

My Story
I have been a special education teacher for the past 17 years, working with elementary students who have Autism Spectrum Disorder and other special and behavioral needs. Helping children has been such a rewarding experience.
After I had my daughter in June 2012, I started becoming more and more interested in baby sleep. Providing my daughter with the best sleep became the most important thing to me. To this day, she is still a great sleeper and the happiest little girl because of it. I reside in Martinsville, New Jersey with my husband, nine year old daughter, and seven year old son!
After helping friends with their baby's sleep, I decided that this would be something that I would love to do as a profession. That is when I was accepted into the Family Sleep Institute and completed my training to become a certified sleep consultant.
